Plagiarism Policy for FULafia International Journal of Business and Allied Studies (FIJBAS):

  1. Definition of Plagiarism: Plagiarism is the act of presenting someone else's work, ideas, or words as one's own without proper attribution or citation. This includes but is not limited to copying text, data, images, or ideas from other sources without permission or acknowledgment.

  2. Prohibition of Plagiarism: FULafia International Journal of Business and Allied Studies (FIJBAS) strictly prohibits plagiarism in all forms. Authors submitting manuscripts to FIJBAS are required to ensure that their work is original and does not contain any plagiarized content.

  3. Responsibility of Authors: Authors are responsible for ensuring the integrity and originality of their research. When submitting a manuscript to FIJBAS, authors must affirm that their work is entirely their own and that any sources used have been properly cited and acknowledged.

  4. Detection of Plagiarism: FIJBAS utilizes plagiarism detection software to screen all submitted manuscripts for potential instances of plagiarism. This software compares the submitted manuscript against a vast database of scholarly literature, websites, and other sources to identify similarities and matches.

  5. Types of Plagiarism: Plagiarism can take various forms, including:

  6. Consequences of Plagiarism: If plagiarism is detected in a manuscript submitted to FIJBAS, the following actions may be taken:
